Kristy Bonaventura

Kristy (Levett) Bonaventura has been helping people buy and sell homes in Massachusetts since 2003. She specializes in the sales and marketing of homes North of Boston, concentrating in Medford, Winchester, Melrose, Wakefield, Stoneham, Reading, North Reading and surrounding neighborhoods. Her education from Emerson College helps her draw on her strengths to creatively position your home in the market. Her experience as a Publicist and Marketing Specialist include: Writing, Editing, Direct Marketing, Crisis Communication, Identity Campaigns, Fund Raising, Special Event Coordination, and Strategic Planning. Her diverse background sets her apart from her competition and makes her well equipped at understanding the constantly changing real estate market dynamics and evolving consumer behavior in buying and selling.

Kristy is currently an active member of The Melrose Chamber of Commerce, The Medford Chamber of Commerce, The Medford Family Network and The Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors. She is also a reporter for The Parents of Tots Monthly Newsletter and President of The Friends of the Medford Family Network. These affiliations keep her updated on community developments that directly impact local real estate.
