Seller Pledge
Pledge to my
sellers ~ Not to sell the most, but to do the most I can for my sellers.
Not to appear the best, but simply to do my very best for you the
customer. No excuses - just hard work, integrity, and superior service.
Why
Choose Kristy as YOUR
RE/MAX Agent
As a RE/MAX Agent, I manage my own
business. This means that I have complete control over the market
strategy for your home.
I will personally create a successful
marketing plan for you that maximizes your home’s potential.
I am a full-time professional. Real
estate is my career, not a part-time job. I am highly dedicated to my
clients and their satisfaction is my highest priority.
I strongly believe in giving back to
the community and I will donate a portion of my commission to The
Children’s Miracle Network, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, or a charity of
your choice in your name.
I am very active in the community and
am a current member of The Melrose Chamber of Commerce, The Medford
Chamber of Commerce, The Medford Family Network, The Eastern Middlesex
Association of Realtors, Parents of Tots Network and many others. These
affiliations keep me updated on community developments that directly
impact local real estate and allow me to inform everyone I know about my
listings.
I receive all calls and inquires on my
listings. What does that mean to you? I know your home better than any
agent simply answering a phone hoping to pick up a buyer. I have your
best interest in mind. I am aggressive and passionate about real estate
and I will not let a good buyer get away!
I direct all advertising to the
internet so that people can see the exterior and interior photos of your
home. On average, buyers are shopping online five-six weeks before they
even contact a realtor. I know how to best present your home to potential
buyers.
As YOUR RE/MAX agent,
I will work tirelessly to get the job done. I am dedicated to selling
real estate and I have a proven track record of selling homes in the least
amount of time for the most money and with the least amount of problems. |
